The GrowthZone Referral Partner Program (the "Program") is a long-term referral program that enables Qualified Referrers to earn Rewards by recommending GrowthZone to Eligible Referrals. To participate, you must agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "T&C") and GrowthZone's Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

1.1. "Referrer" means any active GrowthZone customer who refers GrowthZone to another organization using the official referral form.

1.2. "Qualified Referral" means any organization that: (a) is not a current or pending customer of GrowthZone; (b) is not the Referrer's own organization; (c) can be contacted using the information provided; (d) is a U.S.-based association, chamber of commerce, or member-based organization; and (e) includes a contact who holds decision-making authority or influence over technology adoption within that organization.

1.3. "Reward" means a digital gift card delivered via email to the Referrer upon meeting the conditions set forth in Section 2.

1.4. "Qualified Referral Reward" means the $50 digital gift card issued upon a referral being verified as a Qualified Referral.

1.5. "Conversion Reward" means the $500 digital gift card issued upon a Qualified Referral becoming a paying GrowthZone customer.

2. Referral Reward System

2.1. For each Qualified Referral submitted, GrowthZone will issue a Reward to the corresponding Referrer in accordance with the two-stage reward structure outlined below.

2.2. A $50 Qualified Referral Reward will be issued once GrowthZone has verified the referral meets all Qualified Referral criteria as defined in Section 1.2. The Reward will be delivered to the Referrer's email address within 7 business days of qualification.

2.3. A $500 Conversion Reward will be issued once the Qualified Referral has entered into a paid GrowthZone subscription agreement and confirmed payment has been received. The Reward will be delivered to the Referrer's email address within 14 business days of confirmed payment.

2.4. Referrers may earn multiple Rewards, subject to an annual cap of $2,000 per Referrer per calendar year.

2.5. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their designated gift card format.

3. Eligibility

3.1. To participate as a Referrer, you must be an active GrowthZone customer at the time of submission and at the time of reward issuance.

3.2. Employees, contractors, and partners of GrowthZone are not eligible to participate as Referrers.

3.3. A referral is ineligible if the referred organization is already a GrowthZone customer, is currently engaged in an active sales opportunity with GrowthZone, or has been submitted by another Referrer within the preceding 90 days (in which case the first valid submission will be honored).

3.4. GrowthZone reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any referral and to disqualify submissions that do not meet the criteria set forth in these T&C.

4. Taxes and Fees

4.1. If you receive a Reward under the Program, you are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from the receipt of such Reward. GrowthZone will not withhold taxes on your behalf unless required by applicable law.

5. Release of Liability

5.1. By participating in the Program, you release GrowthZone and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all liability, including without limitation, all liability with respect to any and all Rewards or the Program itself.

6. Severability

6.1. If any provision of these T&C is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be severed and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

7. Termination and Changes

7.1. GrowthZone may suspend or terminate the Program, or any individual's ability to participate in the Program, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

7.2. GrowthZone reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold Rewards, or disqualify referrals if we identify activity that we believe to be abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of these T&C. GrowthZone reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activity and to take action as we deem fair and appropriate.

7.3. Rewards already earned and confirmed prior to termination will be honored.

8. Updates to These T&C

8.1. GrowthZone reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.

9. Privacy

9.1. By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have obtained consent from the referred individual to share their contact information with GrowthZone for the purposes of this Program.

9.2. All data collected through the Program will be used solely for referral validation, communication, and reward fulfillment. GrowthZone will not sell or share referral data with third parties. Please refer to GrowthZone's Privacy Policy for full details.
